Pundar is an offline personal-organization tool. It helps you record and plan, but it is not a bank, accounting service, financial adviser, or guarantee that a bill will be paid on time.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pundar mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, “Pundar”). By installing or using Pundar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pundar.
2. What Pundar provides
Pundar provides local tools that may help you:
- Record money received and money spent.
- Organize bills, due dates, renewals, and reminders.
- Estimate money available after recorded spending and unpaid bills due soon.
- Plan groceries, savings goals, and everyday finances.
- Optionally organize homes, vehicles, loans, maintenance, and documents.
- Create and restore local backups.
3. Not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice
Pundar provides organizational tools and deterministic estimates based on information you enter. It does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or credit advice. Consider consulting a qualified professional before making important financial decisions.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate and complete information.
- Reviewing calculations, dates, amounts, and recurring schedules.
- Paying bills and meeting obligations independently of Pundar.
- Maintaining appropriate device security and protecting backup files.
- Using Pundar only for lawful purposes.
5. Reminders and notifications
Notifications may be delayed, blocked, changed, or disabled by device settings, battery optimization, operating-system behavior, permissions, time-zone changes, or other factors outside our control. Do not rely on Pundar as the sole method for remembering a payment, legal deadline, registration, insurance renewal, or maintenance requirement.
6. Local data and backups
Pundar primarily stores records on your device. You are responsible for creating backups if you want a recoverable copy. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, losing your device, or device failure may permanently remove records. We cannot recover records that were never exported to a backup you control.
7. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pundar in accordance with these Terms and applicable app-store rules. You may not misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, infringe intellectual-property rights, or copy, resell, or reverse engineer Pundar except where applicable law expressly permits it.
8. Intellectual property
Pundar's name, mascot, wordmark, interface, written content, design, software, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your personal records and files remain yours.
9. App-store distribution
Apple App Store and Google Play terms may also apply to your download and use of Pundar. Pundar 1.0 does not sell or unlock digital features and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Every feature included in this version is available without payment.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve compatible local data where practical, but cannot guarantee that Pundar will always be available on every device, operating-system version, or store.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pundar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for financial loss, missed payments, penalties, lost records, lost profits, or decisions made using Pundar. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using Pundar at any time by removing the App. We may restrict use where required to protect Pundar, users, rights holders, or comply with law. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your location applies.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Pundar changes. The updated version will be posted on this website with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
